These biscuits are the intended accompaniment for Special K’s Garlic Cheese Sausage Grits.
3 cups biscuit mix (K says Pioneer brand is best, but Bisquick will do)
1 cup domestic beer (at room temperature, but not flat)
2 tablespoons sugar
